Terms & Conditions

To be eligible you must reside permanently, or own property, within the Tauranga City Council boundaries.
Verification of residence must be in the form of one of the following: power or phone account, bank statement or rates bill with name and address on it. Accompanied with a photo ID.
This pass will be valid for two years before verification will be requested again.
Passes are not transferable.

Lost cards or request for a second card incurs a $5.00 fee.
This pass is for those listed on the below form and may be revoked at any time if deemed to be misused.
Discounts only apply to pool entry and may be changed at any time by the venue management.
The information you have supplied will be used for assessing and processing your application, for administering your membership and marketing our products and services to you.
