Terms and Conditions for Tauranga Resident Card Form

To be eligible you must reside permanently within the Tauranga City Council boundaries.

• Proof of address must be provided, by way of a bank statement or invoice, that is less than three months old.

• Photo ID must be produced at the time of collecting your pass.

• This pass will be valid for 2 years before verification will be requested again.

• You must produce your Tauranga Resident Pass on every visit. No pass, no discount.

• Passes are not transferable.

• This pass is valid for use at Mount Hot Pools only.

• Lost passes or request for a second pass incurs a $5.00 fee.

• This pass is for those listed only and may be revoked at any time if deemed to be misused.

• Discounts only apply to pool entry and may be changed at any time by the venue management.
