Soak n Splash

Bring your infant, toddler or pre-schooler for some one-on-one time in the water. The earlier they gain confidence in the water, the better!

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba is a high tempo, fun, aquatic exercise class combining the traditional elements of aqua aerobics with the upbeat, Latin-infused dance moves and music that Zumba® fitness is famous for. It is a high resistance, low impact workout suitable for all fitness levels.

Aqua Resist

The Mount Hot Pools Aqua Resist class is an hour, full body workout, focused on strength balance co-ordination and cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for everyone, tailored to individual needs, the more you put into the class the more benefit you gain! Max 16 per class and bookings are required.
