We want all of our customers to be able to fully enjoy the Mount Hot Pools. See below for the list of our accessible facilities.
Accessible Facilities:
Accessible entrance, doorways and ramp gradients
Accessible changing cubicles including a shower and toilet in both Male and Female change rooms
Family/Accessible unisex change room with shower and toilet
Hoist for access into Hydrotherapy and Relaxation Pools (includes sling and wheelchair lifting options)
Water wheelchair
Tauranga Residents Disability Membership: As part of our vision of supporting community swimming and wellness, we offer free swimming for Tauranga Residents living with a permanent disability (physical or intellectual). Members receive an electronic entry card which provides free access to our facilities and all Bay Venues Pools (swim only).

Applications will take one week to process after all required information is received.
We have free car parking available on site for customers.
During busy periods these fill up quickly so please be prepared to walk a short distance to the pools, particularly during holidays and the summer months.
The Mount Hot Pools is located in the heart of Mount Maunganui at the base of Mauao. Just a 10 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal and settled amongst hotels, cafes, walking tracks and beautiful beaches. 300m one way you will find the calm, flat harbour and 300m the other way is the golden sands of the beach.
